Do I have to pay to become a member?

No. Simple as. We don’t charge people to join our airline; all we ask is that you are dedicated and are willing to spend time completing flights, and taking part in virtual aviation history.

How can I get some support?

You can use our forums where our pilots are sure to help you with your questions. You can email one of our staff members, which relates to the question you are asking. Or, you can talk to somebody on the phone with our Support Centre. For more information visit the support centre page.

I’m new to this, what do I need to get started?

To get started all you need is a computer, Microsoft Flight Simulator and passion. Once you have them you’re ready to go. Download our aircraft from the downloads centre, book a flight, and fly it. You’re on your way to ranking up those hours and becoming a senior captain!

How do I book a flight?

Go into the Pilot Center, and ‘Book Flights’. There you can select from over 400 flights, and were sure that there will be something to suit you.

I run a VA, and am looking for partnership opportunities. Who do I contact?

Where can I get a copy of Flight Simulator from?

You can buy a copy of Flight Simulator pretty much at any games shop or online. Prices vary according to the version you purchase. Flight Simulator 2004, can be bought for around £17. Flight Simulator X comes in 2 editions, normal and deluxe. These cost around £40 and offer the best in graphics and realism.

Is Breathe for UK residents only?

No way. We encourage people from all walks of life, all regions of the world and all different languages to come together and be united in the virtual aviation community. We are a diverse airline and cover many seas.

Do pilots or staff get paid?

No. We don’t pay our pilots or staff because we are a non-profit organisation. Everybody works voluntarily, off of their own backs. Its costs money to run this airline i.e. Web Hosting, Electricity, Time and facilities that we provide you.
